Amazing first experience!

I've always loved saunas, but the plunge pool was a revelation. 2 to 3 minutes in that -2°C ice bath is an experience I'll never forget!

The whole setup is fantastic: great team, spotless facilities, a sauna of good size, and a range of pool temperatures. Plus, the coffee and the friendly atmosphere make it a perfect place to relax.

I'm officially hooked! This is going to be a weekly treat. Highly recommended.

Great facility. The combination of the three different temperature ice baths and the top class sauna plus the laid back vibe and great coffee make this a must visit for health and Wellness. Six visits and I have less muscle soreness and getting really good sleep after every session. To back up my review, my RHR was 46 overnight (typically 48) and my sleep score was Excellent at 8 hours.

This is such a unique and awesome experience! I went once and felt like I was on a high after, so I subscibed and now go 4 times a month.

I go because I'm a middle aged woman at that certain time of my life where are hormones playing up, and Hice is proving really good for my mental health - and my skin has cleared up loads too. It also gives me the energy to exercise more and get stuff done.

The plunge pool is a shock to the system but that's where the magic happens (and the second time you get in, it's not as bad!). I do sauna, plunge, sauna, plunge, sauna each time and that works well with the hour you get. Just bring your swimwear and a towel and you're good to go!

Sometimes I go after work to clear my head; sometimes I go on a weekend morning and it sets me up for the whole day. I feel really alive after.

Also, The lads that run it are lovely and the atmosphere is inviting no matter your age, fitness levels etc. They're all young rugby lads - totally different from me - and it feels like two worlds coming together when I'm there, rather than two seperate worlds. It's a welcoming and friendly space for everyone, sporty or not.

I often get the sauna/plunge area to myself and they have a Bluetooth speaker you can play your own music through, which is another nice touch. It's also nice to bring a friend for a good catch up while in the sauna, and it's a laugh seeing each other's reaction to the coldness of the plunge pool! The coffee is great too.

I definitely recommend Hice and I hope it's a big success for the lads that run it. You can tell they've put their heart and soul into it. Please do try it - it's a great experience all around!

This is the best wellness spa I've been to. The guys have great knowledge of what they are offering and the facilities are top quality.
Would highly recommend! I feel so fresh having spent my morning here.
