There was very explanation as to what was going on, didn’t ask how I was, barely any communication. It wasn’t a negative experience, but a lot less detailed and personal than a previous private clinic. Reception was professional and a nice setup overall. Far superior experience compared to other high street brands. Staff were amazing l, knowledgeable and friendly. Truly understand their role of reassurance. I would highly recommend. Clean, kind, caring.

Very disappointed with our visit here. Visited for an early scan on our first pregnancy. They saw us 25 mins late, despite having a time slot then rushed us through. the waiting room was a bit soulless and depressing.

Going through our radiographer quickly entered details and just got right to it. Couldn’t see anything so asked if she could image internally. There wasn’t any explanation about what was going on and what to expect, it very very rushed. Sadly we’d had a miscarriage - the lady was just very poor at communicating and wasn’t very empathetic or helpful.

I don’t feel like this place should be doing early scans, at least not with staffed trained like this who aren’t good with people.

Had a fantastic experience at Hey Baby 4D for our gender scan! Such a lovely and warm welcome by reception and the sonographer. We were able to get some lovely photos and find buy our cannons in the clinic to do our gender reveal that afternoon with our families. Could not recommend enough!
