I had provided my MRI whole spine report dated February 2022 and instead of being treated and referred to spinal surgeons for Degenerative cervical myelopathy, I was given band aid with multiple drowsy painkillers for my neuropathic pain. I was never assessed by a doctor who did full neurological assessment and documented any neuro findings. I was referred to physiotherapy which only made things worse.

The drowsy analgesics severely impaired my day to day function as a hospital medical doctor myself and destroyed my quality of life resulting in my being unemployed for multiple years after issues I faced at work due to those medications. I was given etoricoxib + codeine + pregabalin + Baclofen. Had I been referred to the spinal surgeons promptly, by now I would have had my spinal surgery and been able to return to work as a medical registrar myself and completed my career as a medical consultant.

Because I am a medical actor by profession, very often my requests for face to face appointments were declined and only limited to telephone consultations and even during those consultations, the dismissive attitude of the GPs and nurse practitioners were appalling.

They also lack the knowledge of COPD with asthma features and steroids responsiveness. They lack the knowledge that prolonged history for asthma since childhood can ultimately lead to COPD.

Pathetic uneducated GPs, nurse practitioners and nurses in this GP surgery.

It was the worst experience ever. My 10-month-old son was crying non-stop and couldn't breathe. I was waiting for an appointment even though Dr. Praveen Rooproy was about 20 minutes late. She knocked on the door and let me in. She started saying bad things about me. She was disrespectful and unprofessional and didn't take into consideration a small child. She was saying, "Don't knock on my door, you rude girl. If you don't like it, go to the hospital." Even though I was polite with her and apologized to her, she is racist and treats me with disrespect and unkindness. I hope she will be held accountable.

Mr. Dr. Seyed Tabatabai is a very good doctor. He diagnosed my child's skin problem with a glance and treated it well. His diagnosis is very correct and he does the right treatments. In addition to this, he has very good morals, so that the patient feels comfortable, calm, assured and respected towards him. My father passed away in a nursing home which this surgery cover the doctor that came was lovely but and when I called to ask about the death certificate the receptionist was completely un empathetic and unhelpful. Half the information given and felt like I was troubling her for her help .This is totally unexptable to be this way to someone who has just lost a loved one and a total contrast to his old surgery who were always very helpful and kind to people.

Frustrated experience I have ever met my appointment was at 12 and I was there at 11:30 even I was trying to got the appointment from last 5 days first day they said we will do telephonic appointment and that was done they just say do this at home a kind of home remedies and that was all I know even am also a Nurse at my home country and at there when I went there today for my appointment at 12 and I was there at 11:30 and then I went to there they said the name is coming at screen they will call you and I was waiting till 12:45 and then I went to receptionist and she said that the doctor went on break why u didn’t tell us that you were here 🤷‍♀️
So wht is the point of view on cancellation of appointment on call ?
If my appointment is at 12 so they should have to aware and call the name of the patients but they won’t bother and she said now you have to book appointment again at 2’o clock give us call again 😐😐😐
Even am also a Carer here we provide our residents a person centred care so what about our care ? We are facing these issues
