I visited the hospital with a suspected fracture to my hand and wrist after falling from my bike. Great care and service, my thanks to all staff involved. Triage, x-rays and follow up in 2 hrs at the minor injury clinic. So glad I came here. Keep in mind that some of the more serious injuries/ X-rays are not performed here. See photo.

Went here this afternoon for the first time having badly hurt my ankle. All the staff from the receptionist to the nurses were really friendly, professional and helpful. Was triaged, xrayed, reviewed and sent home in around 1.5 hours! Fantastic service.

Never been to this hospital before and 111 sent me there for Xrays, avoiding the 8-9 hour wait at Princess Alexandra's A & E.
The staff were amazing, particularly Sally who took great care of me. Couple of Xrays, broken ankle and was home less than 4 hours later with a boot and crutches. Very impressed with the staff and service.

45 minutes waiting at XRay and Ultrasound reception and receptionist was sitting on her mobile phone all that time....this job position seems like a waste of hospitals money....who manages this hospital?

This week I had a partial toe nail avulsion then came back two days later for re dressing. Both the procedure and the staff were five star, especially Dean the nurse who looked after me on the day and re dressing . I feel I couldn't have had better care anywhere and want to commend this department in every way possible. Thank you all .

Amazing Service, Had a tissue infection in my hand. Got to the hospital before they opened at 9am. I was seen and had my drugs by 9:30!! Can't thank them enough 🙏..
