They do not appear to act in accordance to their job description. Fail to provide services needed for nearly a year after a problem pointed out to them. Never return calls. Questions go unanswered. Lack of respect or interest in treating people fairly. Very disappointing when they are last resort in where to go looking for answers to a problem.

Rude, unhelpful staff and she never even rung us back regarding our Enquiry. Poor service from Dentistry Enquiries Dept. Sadly we pay their wages !
