We first contacted Heronsmere HomeCare in November 2018, when it had become apparent that my mother needed night time care. The lovely manager Harriet Davis came straight round to meet and discuss our needs and within 24 hours, a regular team of carers had been put in place. We still have our same principal carer, the wonderful Joanne in attendance to this day and that continuity of care is so important, as Mum’s memory is deteriorating now and she would find it most confusing if different people were sitting with her through the night. All the staff we have encountered have been the perfect combination of efficiency and kindness and we are so grateful for their continuing assistance.
