She is the best by far, iv tried others, she knows her stuff and her manner is calming and she wont hold back with her help and advice.

I had suffered with a seemingly incurable bout of nasal congestion for over 18 months. Nasal sprays, tablets, decongestants, absolutely nothing has offered a long term solution. I was suggested acupuncture and was obviously sceptical given all the previous attempts had failed. I expected instant results and was disappointed initially that after one treatment I wasn’t miraculously cured, however I have persisted with Dr Yan who was convinced she could help me. I’ve been having the treatment for around 3 months now and I can breathe much more easily without the need of any medicines. It’s still not perfect but I’d say I’m 90% there now. Trust the process and don’t give up at the first hurdle, you’re in good hands with Dr Yan.

Dr. Zhang is a wonderful practitioner. I come back to Hereford once a year to see family and I make sure to book in with her a few times each stay. She is extremely knowledgeable and kind. I leave feeling fresh and happy after each treatment.

Dr Yan is a wonderful practitioner - has great assessment skills and won't cheat you. If she thinks you need to see a western medicine doctor she will tell you. I had acid reflux that was making me wheeze at night. The doctors had given me medicine - Omeprazole and finally Pantoprazole to control the acid - no good. Doctor Yan solved this for me with acupuncture and Chinese herbs in a couple of months - I no longer take any medicine and the reflux has gone. She previoulsy had sorted out my menopausal symptoms - so give her a try.

The doctor is very nice and experienced and knows what she's doing. Put a super exact diagnose and the treatment is tailored accordingly.
The environment is amazing and relaxing. All you need ater hard day at work. Further, the acupuncture therapy is working as well, and is very well combined with acupressure.
Can't wait to start the herbs!
