Like the others, I put down what I was told was a £10 deposit. When I turned up, they told me that it was a non refundable booking fee.

I’m afraid to take the medicine that they gave me, because they didn’t specific any of the ingredients— and didn’t tell when I asked.

After my acupuncture session, I had ten minutes of high-pressure Sales tactics. When I said I couldn’t afford the £800 payment for service, they kept trying to find other ways of making it work. I feel like they also tried to manipulate my health struggles as part of Sales— “you want to feel better, don’t you?”

For four years, I've been buying a tea from them that helps with constipation. I always bought two boxes, and it always cost me £25. On Amazon, I find the same tea for £22, and it's delivered to my house. However, to support local businesses, I kept buying from them. Last time, a different woman sold it to me. I asked if it still cost £25 for two boxes, and she said yes. I ordered two boxes and paid with my card, but when I checked, she had charged me £30. Of course, £5 won't kill me, but due to the dishonesty and misleading a consumer, I will never buy from them again. From now on, I’ll only buy from Amazon. I hope she reads this review and remembers the mistake and dishonesty she committed. This review will stay up, even if she deceived me.

AVOID at all costs ! I have to beg for my money back and even after 6 weeks awaiting for refund , they only wanted to give me partial refund .

Whatever concocted leaves, roots and seeds , tree barks they are selling you in the hope that will improve your life and health , they are not working and not worth your time spend there , first of all they are disgusting and i puke 🤮 as soon as I had a small sip !

Had a massage there yesterday,well my 4 years old grandson would have done better,it was the worst I've ever had place should b shut down as well as the awful massage the place was filthy the woman behind the counter was rude as well .Do not go plz

I went because it’s two years since my stroke and I wanted help with recovery and it has really helped with my left knee and ankle when walking, dysphasia much improved and no more constant thirst /dehydration . I took the six sessions for £350 which incorporated acupuncture with massage then hot cups and it was good until the last two sessions (the ‘free’ ones) when I only had five minutes on the hot cups. However- I feel like I’m waking up and there have been definite improvements. Appointments are back to back - no room/time to speak to the doctor’. Very difficult to speak to a doctor who doesn’t speak English . Would still recommend 🙏🏻

The perception of a bottomless money pit didn't end there. In my consultation I was told I would need just acupuncture at £30 per session. This quickly rose to £70 per session for cup treatment and massage when I arrived - not good!

The actual treatment went well (aside from leaving the heat lamp too close and not asking whether it was burning me), however if you can't be clear with customers about treatment plans and costs, assuming that they are an 'on tap' income stream then unfortunately you won't be left with many customers.

The doctor is really kind and helpful, I have arthritis, after a few sessions of acupuntrue and herbel, I fell much better, remomended!

No proof of customer success stories or ability to show how improvements via TCM can be made.
We were being rushed into a decision to spend £50 a week on a plan that was knocked up together without a full review of my child’s skin and in a 5 minutes meeting with the white coated doctor.
No structure
No set prices
No real doctors to speak to
No proof of success
After understanding that we were not going to just give money to them without tasting or testing a sample they quickly became rude and aggressive.
Not recommended at all.
