Herbert house is a great place to go if you need some support!

I stayed for a few days to get some help with my mental health.. the staff were welcoming and friendly throughout my stay. They helped me with anything I needed support with, and also gave me space to rest and look after myself (they also got me a cake and card for my birthday!😄)

It’s in a good location, with parks and shops near by, and the residents are all friendly and respectful.

If you have the chance to come here, and are nervous, I advise you to try and go.. it’s a nice place and you will feel safe and supported.

I know someone there that is not getting the help they need because there are others​ that they are looking after insted of the staff because the staff can't do anything as legal rules that prevent them from doing their jobs
