Everywhere from Reception to Discharge I was treated gratefully. From Surgeon to attendants everyone treated me very nicely and politely. I was feeling more comfort than at home. I remember during cramped conditions how all staff Doctor to attends gathered around me and their discussion and try to keep me confident gave me more confidence than usual as I felt relieved and get relaxed. Their services throughout the day were excellent and appreciable. Even my daughters appreciated their services/dealings. I am very grateful for the whole staff for their good services and support.

My partner went in for foot surgery. Is this hospital the most modern or luxurious - no. The rooms are a little small, bathrooms a bit dated and the menu is small. But the staff all seemed very friendly which of course is the main thing.

In particular we wanted to mention nurse Meryl and Fabriana (sorry if that’s spelt wrong). Both excellent. In fact I think they all were it’s just that you get to spend more time with some than others.

So overall we were very happy with service, friendliness, explanations. Would I recommend- yes.

Hopefully the surgery will be a success. I’m sure it will be. So thanks to all the staff there.

I want to express my gratitude to my private Gp Dr Ibrahim , who has been incredibly attentive and supportive with my condition. From the first consultation, she took the time to listen, understand my concerns, and explain my options in detail. Her thorough approach and genuine compassion have been invaluable to me. She's been there every step of the way, making me feel reassured and well-cared-for.I recently had a blood test also and the nurse Marble who assisted me was exceptional.. She was gentle, professional, and explained each step clearly. Her friendly and calming demeanor turned what could have been a stressful experience into a very positive one. I feel very fortunate to have found such a dedicated professionals

The staff who looked after me were amazing. They made me feel the most comfortable I've ever felt in a hospital. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was covered and taken care of. I could have stayed there all day as it was as welcoming as a hotel!

I spent half day at Hendon hospital for three moles removal.
All members of staff made feel very welcomed. They are professional, friendly and competent.
I cannot be more grateful.
P.s. lovely food and comfortable room.
The room could have been slightly cooler as the waiting time near the end made feel a bit uncomfortable as too warm.

I was very happy with the service provided by the hospital. All they staff were very polite and helpful including the catering staff, the theatre staff,the nurse Dyilana who looked after me and my consultant who explained everything to me in detail.
Also Amelia my physio therapist has been very polite and helpful to guide me with the exercise I need to do.
I would definitely recommend Hendon hospital to anybody who needs any similar treatment.
