Helping hands have been caring for my Mother for the last 6 months. In that time they have treated her with dignity and respect. Nothing has been too much trouble.
As her needs have increased so has their care and understanding. As a family we have been supported and listen to not only about Mum's care but also with our own emotions. Help has been at hand when accessing equipment needed and there is always a friendly reassuring voice on the end of the phone. Janet the service manager has shown outstanding support. Sadly my Mum now needs 24 hr care so has moved into a care home, otherwise we would not be leaving these wonderful carers.

I am proud to be a part of the team of carers from this branch. Everyone is very supportive and I love to visit all my lovely customers on my rounds. The office staff make you feel welcome from the very start of your career and make sure everyone is looked after in all aspects. Would highly recommend.

A few months ago I would not given 1 star.
Jan and her team have worked hard turning things around.The carers that come in to see mum understand her dementia.Gives me peace of mind..Mum also likes the carers.
