This is to let you know that the Helping Hands team in Ipswich have worked very hard to support our dad with a great team of carers, office support staff and manager. They have listened to him & us and responded to his changing needs, they have made themselves available whenever necessary, and have worked tirelessly through these last few months especially. We have been so pleased that we chose them to provide our dad's care. We cannot be with him every day but are so thankful that they are, and we want to say thank you for all their care and support.

My wife over the last few years have been with a few care companies in Suffolk. But by far Helping Hands has been the best company who listens to what you need as support. Right through from management to the support my wife receives from all their staff. There is nothing that is to much trouble and the quality of their staff they employ are first class, I would not hesitate to anyone who is thinking of getting care for their loved one to recommend Helping Hands as their provider.

Helping Hands helped support my mum to remain at home as long as possible before needing residential care. She had overnight care from a core of three regular carers who were professional and friendly. We had regular contact from the manager (Rebecca) checking everything was going okay and nothing was too much trouble. Rebecca suggested a door alarm was installed to alert the carers when mum was venturing outside during the early hours. As a family we are very pleased with the service provided and would like to thank all the staff who supported mum.

Such a welcoming team. All of the clients I’ve met have been overwhelmed by the kindness of their carers and are very happy with the service they receive. Helping hands has a lovely atmosphere about it and it makes me proud to be apart of the team.
