I wanted to post a review to say how happy we are with the service we are receiving from Helping Hands in Guildford. They brilliantly look after my elderly Mum who suffers from dementia allowing her to continue living safely in her own home.
She receives a daily visit each morning from Emily or Chelsea to make sure she takes her medication and also any care needs she has.
I live a couple of hundred miles away . It is so reassuring to know that there is a point of contact looking out for her each day. I also have every confidence we will be able to adjust the help she requires over time.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Helping Hands Homecare, Guildford

Abi, Aimee and the Team are fantastic.
Our Dad has Dementia and is very deaf and needs help morning and night.
The Carers are all very kind, caring and patient and absolutely go the extra mile.
Communication is excellent.
We would strongly recommend the Guildford Branch of Helping Hands, we are really glad we choose this Company.

We are thrilled with mum’s care. From the first meeting Abi was attentive to our needs and organised things very efficiently. Chelsea the carer (or companion as mum prefers!) is wonderful. So smiley and positive. She is totally reliable and always on time and communicates well with us and has built a super relationship with mum. She has great personal skills and has got to know and understand mum really quickly. She is flexible and responsive and we have known that mum is in safe hands. She does a range of activities with mum and even took her to go for a drive and a bit of shopping this week! We have nothing but good things to say about Chelsea and Helping Hands.

Abbie and her team organised care for my grandmother at short notice. After being let down by a few agencies previously helping hands turned up and were a light on a dark situation. The care that was provided was first class and the carers that came out to my grandma helped improve her life for the short period of time that they were involved. Would highly recommend. i was very pleased at my introduction to the company was so thorough and swift my new regime really suits me with an hours session at one time i can plan ahead and arrange my food delivery and know my carer Emily will be there on time to help me. she is able to fit in extra help such as walking with me in the corridor, i have nothing but praise for the company.
