Helping hands have been providing excellent care for my father for several months now I don’t know how we managed previously.
Dad’s carers are exceptional and caring nothing is too much trouble for them. My dads carers will go out of their way to help with anything which has made my
parents life a lot easier and my parents look forward to their visits.
Engaging Helping hands was the best choice which ultimately provides peace of mind for the family.

My Mam was left for twelve and a half hours without food fluid medication or comfort care this company should be investigated immediately who the hell is responsible for this safeguarding issue someone has to be accountable 😡

Helping hands are one of the best companies I have come across. They are responsive, professional, friendly and caring. They are of high quality which is demonstrated from the carers they employ to the office staff, nothing is a problem. I would highly recommend them.

Money making organisation carer's no care just a job. Points from my dad's visits at his home as had dementia. Mouldy food left out for him instead of using fresh from fridge just opened or a chicken leg...91 year old really !!Going for medication but not giving to him. I ended up doing bins doing their washing up cleaning cooker. The staff didn't know what other staff had done. Cancelled visits but still turned up . I could go on but just to say AVOID Them. Luckily my dad is now in a caring lovely home where the staff actually want to help.

High quality is demonstrated throughout the company from the standard of care, staff, training, resources and excellent customer service. Generally good but communication is woeful and they’ve taken funds without explanation and we have been seeking an answer for 2 weeks but nobody responds.
