Contacted for information with the intention of arranging care. I spent over half an hour on the phone supplying them detailed information of the caree. Promised a brochure and price list would be sent. A further call from them as their new brochure wasn't available, but did promise to send pricing schedule.
That was 2 weeks ago........
Not for me, I need a reliable company
