Treat staff extremely neglectfully, have staff working until ridiculous hours even though contracted and insured until 10pm. Unsupportive office who don't care about you, add calls on last minute without informing you. Knew staff were overworked on a certain run but still added more clients, doing between 15-18 calls an evening and having to rush calls unless you want to finish at 1am. Had clients getting calls cut regularly, and morning calls at midday!! Such awful treatment. Loved my clients and colleagues but awful run office.

I'm currently doing an 8 day live in for a wonderful lady , we have two lots of care agencies in, help at home is one of them, I would just like to say if you need carers please look at them, the carers are so amazing and they CARE, I sit in another room.and you can hear them interacting with the client , they have a laugh and constantly reassuring client and saying exactly what there going to do before doing it and getting clients.permission, Outstanding, Amazing , Caring and I could go on and on, thankyou help at home Tonie and co ..... sorry tonic is the only name I remember xx xx xx
