I did Hypnotherapy once before many years ago but made contact with Helen to address a couple of recent issues. I really enjoyed Helen's initial consulation whereby she explained the science behind how our brain works (the insight was helpful). Following on with more sessions, there was a focus on reaching a better place in my mind and it worked! I gained clarity and some of the negative feelings I experienced became a thing of the past. Helen is a lovely lady to speak with - she's helpful and warm and would recommend her to anyone who feels their mental health could be better - Hypnotherapy is an impressive practise and I will likely be doing it again in the future when needed.

I can not recommend Helen and her skill set enough, I had flirted with the idea of taking therapy sessions for so long and had many reservations and doubts about it. To that end finding the right therapist as I eventually did with Helen was so important and made such an amazing difference and reassurance from the get go.

Helen made me feel at easy and comfortable enough to open up about my troubles straight away and her clam and professional manner laced with genuine passion and care helped me immeasurably. I was suffering from many problems with my family and wife but Helen helped me see that a lot of it was all stemming from my work and the toxic relationships that had developed there.

I learnt so much from Helen and especially how to cope and channel such negative behavior towards me and how not to react to the various triggers in my life. Helen helped me grow and develop so much as a person during one of the most stressful and depressing times of my life.

Now I can happily say that thanks directly to Helen and all the hard work and effort she put into our sessions together that I now have moved house relocated to a better area for me and my family and also landed a new job for a much better company.

Once more i can not recommend or thank Helen enough for all the help and support she gave me, but most of all for teaching me such valuable life skills and tools to continuously better myself and grow as a person!

Helen is a brilliant hypnotherapist who really listened and understood my issues and tried to help solve them with the best of her abilities.

With many different techniques she used there was always a way to help me out in each session. Although I am no longer having my therapy with Helen due to location, I couldn’t recommend Helen highly enough for hypnotherapy.

I went to Helen to overcome a recurring anxiety. Helen was brilliant, we met and she spent a great deal of time helping me to understand the process of Hypnotherapy. She was patient, kind and made me feel really safe and relaxed. The results have been brilliant, I was quite sceptical following the sessions as to whether it would actually have an effect. I can safely say that is has changed my life, the recurring irrational anxiety has gone. Thank you Helen for all of your support. I would highly recommend Helen.
