You can never book an appointment. Also, so many errors with repeat prescriptions, which is not good when patients rely on consistency esp if they are clarifying which medicine is required as it should be on your system. Hoping the seniors at this GP listen to these reviews and take action before complaints are made to executive levels. Nobody will make a negative complaint about a GP unless it’s very poor in service

I have been a patient for 13 years. For the most part I have always had good service. The 2 older GP's that were there before are no longer there, and the service from the new Dr's have improved the service immensely. Dr. Beige is wonderful, and the wonderful receptionist, Christine has now come back to work, which has improved the receptionist service immensely as well.

My only bug bear is parking, to shich there really isn't any.. Noticed there's now a parking enforcement officer permanently stationed in a vehicle near this GP's surgery. So be careful as they pounce on you with a pcn even if parked for 5- 10minutes.

I have been a patient with this practice for around 30 years. Dr S. Ahmed was my doctor originally until she retired, now it's whoever is on duty.
It is pot luck if you get a good locum or a good nurse here.
The receptionist seen ok and most times helpful. Again it's how busy they are and who is on duty.
Guess I have been lucky most of the time, and got the help I have needed.
Only a few issues since I have been here over the years but practice manager sorted it out promptly, nice lady. 🤔

The worst gp, lack of support or maybe they don’t know . But if they don’t know medicine of course they can not help you. Very sad 😭much better to private Gp and all this ,,gp”they will lose their job because everyone it will go to some one who wants to treat the patient, to listen the concerns, to treat the patient according to their needs. NHS is sleeping and employed some people without any respect of life and care. Shame all of YOU and i hope one day YOU will be treated in the same way with indifference. This star it should not exist because they don’t deserve

My 83 year mother is a patient here and had a fall near to the surgery on Friday, she managed to walk there just to get some help (her face was covered in blood as she hit her face) but they offered not even the most basic duty of care towards her! Not even a chair, water, tissue, nothing! All they said was that it isn't a walk in and you need to go a&e. We appreciate that this is the case but as she had just fallen and in a bit of a daze you would of thought especially a doctors surgery to have an understanding attitude towards her, l'm sure she would of been looked after better had she walked into a shop! If it wasn't for the kindness of two people walking her home I dread to think what would have happened!
If your staff can't even offer a caring, understanding and warmth attitude towards people in general then they're not fit to work least of all in a gp's surgery!!

When to see a Gp this morning for my ankle pain, pins and needles. No assessment completed by Dr. She was not interested with my symptoms and conditions presented to her. She was very unprofessionally , I am nurse working for the same NHS, I will never treat my patients Like that my patients are my priority and give the best care . One of the worse Gp I have ever meet in my life and some of the Gp receptionist are very rude and unfriendly. I will rate them 0. All what I needed was an urgent referral and a pain relief to manage my pain while I waiting to be seen by a specialist, My care needs we’re not meet😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔

My family and I have been registered with this practice for over 6 years and have always received good medical care and LOVED everything about the surgery and was incredibly happy, but I was shocked by two new reception staff. Their attitude is defensive, awful and rude. As a patient, you are treated as an inconvenience, make you feel like you are an absolute nuisance. Practice management needs to remind receptionists patience to be treated by rude, arrogant, and patronizing staff is not appreciated. They do not know anything about customer service, grumpy and horrible persons. They are in the wrong job. They are ruining the hard work being put in by the clinicians and giving the surgery a bad name! Bring previous reception staff back!!!
