Filled in online form about 9am for what was a minor but irritating problem. Got the second form asking for same info basically and returned it and received a phone call about 2pm asking if I could attend in 15 minutes you don't get better than that. When thanked the dr she said you wouldn't believe the number of people who ask for an appointment anytime and when contacted aren't available wasting everyone's time. Keep doing what you're doing as my family have always had excellent service. Thank you all at the surgery

Not the same anymore, making an appointment is an absolute nightmare. After waiting for 10 min at the reception to be seen was told to fill in the online appointment form as they are not allowed to book general appointment in advance for a review of medications which wasn't even urgent. I'm extremely unhappy with the way the practice is now being run and God help the elderly people who will struggle with technology. Not very person centered.

During last six years I found Heston medical practice as the best. The staff is very dedicated, for past 5 months I made almost 5-6 visits and paramedics took great care. I stopped asking for doctors, as I think UK lacks in doctors but paramedics are playing their role more than expectations.

How can someone be number 1 in the queue to book an appointment for over 18mins. Longer than an actual appointment.

So iv filled out the online form as gave up waiting to receive a text saying to ring up. Pointless.

I’ve found the staff to be nice enough here. Considering how serious this should all be taken I’ve managed a laugh with them which makes it all the less daunting, and actually allows me to be more open.

I do think that the system itself is broken but that’s not what we’re reviewing here is it?

This online system is ridiculous so is being told “your too young to be having this” I feel like I’m not taken seriously at all and majority of the time I’m fobbed off. I am on the phone again after yet another attempt at the online form failing and just keeps refreshing so I’m loosing everything I type. This isn’t good for people with limited technology skills. I am upset at the treatment I’ve received by the surgery. Credit where it’s due dr Ahmed has been really good, he actually treats me like a human and listens to your problems. When you’re in pain or your poorly you don’t want to be listening to ridiculous hold music to be told to fill a form in. I haven’t ever known something like this it should be that you see the same dr each time as the problems I’ve had wouldn’t of happened if it wasn’t because of being passed pillar to post, also when you ask for a note on your records and are told over 3 times that it’s on there then your given a male dr for female issues TWICE within a year it’s just backwards it should be on my notes that I’m only dealing with females for female problems. Maybe this time it might be added? The hospital had said the notes hadn’t been passed through.

This online questionnaire is crap when done waiting for a response which takes up to 1hr asking for more information then waiting again to be told appointment to be booked following link sent appointment over 2 weeks when can't get online have to phone then they go through questions over the phone which takes time once phoned 17th in the q over 1hr 30 for ring back I'm thinking of changing doctors but I'm autistic have personality disorders don't like change I will never recommend this surgery the surgery needs to scrap the current appointment system have more reception staff answering the phone
