Avoid..you will never see the same gp that actually gets to no the patients condition. A re occuring theme i see reception staff are rude! After having 1 call reviewed for how we were treated one receptionist is being re trained and no longer allowed to speak to us and has to transfer the call. They are absolute jobsworths as mentioned in other reviews im on complaint number 3 and am now looking / desperate to seek a smaller GP practice for someone that listens and doesn't spell patients names incorrectly over text when fobbing you off despite requesting a telephone call and hand delivering a letter with your name on for reference as they don't answer the phone or not currently accepting requests via the app either

This practice is a joke.
You literally cannot get an appointment. I have a sick 6 year old who we’ve been looking after at home he’s showing signs of getting worse so I called them up to get him seen to.
Automated message that’s says book online, then another that says we’re full to capacity today for regular or urgent appointments. Essentially “Don’t bother”.
We hardly ever visit the doctor as we don’t like to bother them for colds and such. This is the 3rd time in 6 years I’ve tried to get him in and the response is the same each time. but this place may as well not exist for us.

I came in for bloods, self check in didn't work which wasted a few minutes.
Then I waited in que for over 10 minutes as there was only two receptionists and both guys were busy with prolonged tasks... to be told I wouldn't be seen. Pretty disappointing, I entered at my appointment time, and the que held me back. I understand it disrupts the flow of patients but it was for a very quick blood test and the receptionists were well aware that the que was long and delayed matters.

Staff were nice and friendly otherwise but it`s a very robotic and unemphatic practice.

HMMG is appalling. There are 2 doctors that are fantastic, Dr Swarbrick and Dr Sheikh - absolute assets to the profession and the only doctors I will ever want to see. Apart from that, an absolute shambles. The staff here, reception, nurses, doctors in my experience are all jobsworths there purely for the salaries without an ounce of compassion or empathy.

Always super helpful. Their triage system is brilliant - you submit an online form and they call you back. I was able to get help within 2hrs of submission: Offered both a telephone or in person appointment. They are also always helpful and accommodating with appointment times. Added bonus of onsite parking and a very pretty location.

Why on Earth the nurse practitioner is allowed to check the ill children? Does he or she graduated from paediatric university? Why they allowed to check children? Why they taking this serious responsibility? They have paediatric knowledge?
It should be absolutely illegal, who will be responsible for their actions and decisions?
