I have been with this surgery for a couple of years and haven't regretted it. I'm always met at smiling faces from either Galvin or Jennie who are always ready to help. They make me feel very welcome and they are concerned with my health needs. They are very professional in dealing with me, and sometimes calls me to remind me of my appointments after sending reminders.
I have met several doctors who listen to my concerns and involved me in my treatments.
I have met with doctor Franklin who is very good and professional in his approach in treating my ailments.
The physiotherapist and the nurse are not exceptions.
I'm happy and grateful to be with this surgery.

Gavin (reception manager) was really helpful today. I am satisfied with the help that I received. I do feel like the practice could do better when trying to make appointments as it takes really long to be able to get appointments.

I had a health problem with my son today. I called at the gp landline, a nice assistant help me to do the triage form and in less than an hour a doctor called me for an appointment today. Every works very well with the doctor he explained me everything

I have newly registered with this surgery. I can see this is a family orientated GP surgery. The staff seem friendly here so far. I was reccomendvy oxlow pharmacy to speak to Gavin at Heathway medical cente. He was helpful and very nice to me in running through your process
