Reception staff is extremely rude and definitely not trained properly!! Jazz/ Jas especially has no idea how to talk to patients and is sat on her chair not doing what she is supposed to do. I was caller number 1 for 1.5hr then she decided to pick the phone up and speak to me in a rude manner. Totally disgusted by this especially as this is not my first time dealing with her specifically. Moreover the other reviews show that i’m not the only one experiencing this problem with the reception.

My wife and i needed our special needs son looked at by a GP. We considered it urgent as he had only recently come out of hospital with influenza needing oxygen and antibiotics. The econsult was a nightmare hence we asked for help from a receptionist. She was very cold and did not appear to show concern for our urgent request . However, by pressing the urgency because it is weekend , we received a call promptly to see Dr. Khan. Dr Khan was extremely thorough and clear. Impecible care from him. Thank you Dr Khan . A pity reception is less understanding.

Christine is god sent for us. She went out of her way to meet our needs as always. She is extremely warm, patient and approachable. She makes you feel comfortable with her warm welcoming smile and has the ability to resolve all queries with a positive approach.She has a lot of knowledge and is very passionate about her job. One of the poor GP’s in the area. While the doctors are amazing it’s the intermediary staff who are so rough and rude that don’t treat you with dignity. The way they talk to the patients is as if they are their servants. I think not all of them but some of them really need to be induced to treat people with respect.

“I find the reception staff to be quite unprofessional. I’ve had to visit several times to correct an issue with my NHS number, as I was given the same number as another person. Despite booking an appointment, it was canceled without notice, causing me a lot of trouble. It took multiple visits for them to finally fix the problem. I believe this situation could have been handled more efficiently.”
