The staff have treated me very kind and looked after me all the way at Treetops. I was taken into a side ward. Where all the certain people came out to see me, to discuss my procedure what was going to happen. There is a Cafe that you can go into. The Grounds at the hospital are very clean, as it is inside. Meals are excellent plenty of food to choose from on the menu. There is a local travel service provided by a train & bus that runs near by into the town centre. Over all a very nice hospital ?.
Also i would like to thank the night ? nurse who got me a cuppa tea ? & a sandwich because i was hungry. I can't thank all the nurses & doctors more than enough in what they done. Thanks again.

A wonderful experience. Saw the consultant on the Friday. In the next Friday having treatment. Love the privacy of the pods at the Heatherwood day surgery. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable.

Having had a Basal Carcinoma removed from the side of my face in July of this year I would sincerely like to thank Mr T Viegas and his team for the professionalism, care and kindness I received from them all, I really can't thank you enough. The stitches on my face have healed really well with no problems whatsoever, a special thank you to Mr W Adebayo.A really nice hospital with it's dedicated staff, we are so fortunate and grateful to have a hospital like Heatherwood.

The staff are wonderful, but DO NOT USE the check-in screens! I arrived ten minutes early for my appointment but the screen froze, locked my record (which apparently is a common occurrence) and I had to wait by the front desk for 30 minutes before it released my record so that the staff could check me in manually! NHS, please ditch this rubbish US automation and get a British-built system!!

Last Friday went in for keyhole knee surgery. Unbelievable kindness, professionalism by all staff. If you require surgery and it can be done at Heatherwood say yes.. Don't think just say yes. I am 5 days post op and fully mobile. Thank you Orthopaedic team headed up by Mr Henry Bourke.
