I had an MRI at Heath Lodge in 2018 and another MRI and X-ray in 2024. On both occasions, the staff were great. I was dealt with quickly and professionally and given much valued reassurance about my condition. I have no hesitation in recommending Heath Lodge. Also, easy to find and park!

I have just had a mri scan at the Heath Lodge Clinic and all the staff were helpful and friendly. The lady who did the scan was Sarah and she was friendly, informative and put me at ease. Therefore I would recommend The Heath Lodge Clinic to anyone needing a scan. Thank you to all at the Clinic.

Absolutely brilliant - the MRI staff today (two females can't remember the name sadly) were brilliant. I'm claustrophobic and they talked me through it all and did everything they could to get the scan done. So impressed and would probably self fund in the future if I needed a scan! Thanks

Having chosen to go private to expedite the process for my son, we were disappointed to experience delays beyond the stated 7 working days for his report. We only received the report after multiple follow-ups via phone and email. Communication was challenging, as we were consistently directed to speak only with the referring clinician, which made resolving the issue more difficult. When the report finally arrived, it lacked key information. Although it stated that Dr. Beale would be happy to discuss further, we've now been waiting over two weeks for clarification on our queries, despite follow-ups from both us and our referring clinician. This delay has left my son unable to train or compete, resulting in over 7 weeks of inactivity.While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, this experience has been frustrating and below the standard I’ve encountered with private MRI services elsewhere. I hope Heath Lodge takes this feedback seriously and improves its communication and efficiency for future patients.
*update to clinic response: whether it's a standard phrase is irrelevant, if you offer to discuss further then there shouldn't be a 2 week wait & to clarify the referrer told us to contact you with the queries but when we tried you told us it had to come from the referrer! We were told to put the queries in an email & did so with the referrer copied in. The referrer has since chased for a response but none has been received.

I have now attended Heath Lodge Clinic twice, once for an MRI assessment, and secondly, to have a procedure to my Facet Joints. On both occasions the waiting time was minimal. I was suffering from severe upper back pain which had made my life unbearable for nearly three years. The procedure carried out has made a tremendous difference to my everyday activities, and my grateful thanks go to the team that made it possible. Finally, I arrived at 10.15 for my appointment, and was on my way home at approx 12.30

Staff are professional and the clinic is set in a gorgeous period featured building.

As a nervous patient I wish I had more communication whilst in the MRI machine, headphones and ear plugs provided to help reduce noise from the machine. Other than that no qualm, they have a lovely not chocolate machine and waiting area.

I have been having pain management treatment at Heath Lodge Clinic for around six months. Each time I've attended the staff have been excellent. They put you at ease the minute you walk in.

The medical staff are undeniably brilliant. They explained each procedure step-by-step. The aftercare is exceptional, making sure I was comfortable and happy. I'd definitely recommend Heath Lodge Clinic to friends and family if they were ever to require Pain Management.
