I don't usualy leave reviews but was compeled to by the fantastic sevice me and my husband recieved.
Petra and Grace came to our property and were very patient, kind and helpful. They took the time to make sure we were settled when we got home and made us feel very comfortable.

Suzy and Eric fab couple/team . From 1st contact to destination they were professional and very friendly whilst my hubby slept most of the way we chatted away like we had known each other forever. Took us a full 24 hours to reach home and these two absolutely made it easy for us. They both deserve a cape. ps i hope they get their dream wedding soon and live happy ever after

I was repatriated from Annecy in France after a serious skiing accident. The crew (Rachel and Brian) were very professional and took great care of all my health needs as well as ensuring I was comfortable. They were very reassuring and made a stressful time as easy as it could be. Based on my experience I would highly recommend this company.

We were met at London Heathrow by Ellie and Steve from Hearts Ambulance Service following a repatriation flight for my wife who had sustained a severe fracture of the pelvis. They were caring and literally care-full when handling my wife who was in a good deal of pain; especially on movement from a wheelchair to a gurney. The journey home was comfortable, quick and reassuring. Steve and Ellie acted as exemplary professionals throughout. They settled my wife into our house and made sure everything was as it should be before saying their goodbyes and receiving our thanks for a job well done.

Completed my FREC3 course with ease. A really clear and concise structure to learning, fantastic facilities and resources. I really enjoyed this course and had great fun with the other course attendees. Special thanks to Dennis our instructor/teacher for always going above and beyond and providing a really great environment for learning and some great scenarios for us to practice!

These guys are absolutely brilliant! Suzy and Eric are the kindest and most compassionate of paramedics. Collected my Wife from Gatwick at very short notice after an accident and subsequent operation in Athens. Brought her back to Devon with care and concern. They must be the dream team? Brilliant experience using Hearts First Ambulance to get me to and from a hospital procedure. They were extremely quick at providing a quote and booking things in (less than 24 hours before I needed it). The crew on the day were very good, letting me go at my own pace and being very polite and caring. Could not fault them one bit.
