I am very pleased with the service I received today. I called this morning requesting a same-day appointment, and although they were closed, they were able to schedule me. I truly appreciate them fitting me in on the same day, as the earwax was quite bothersome. Nasir showed me the entire procedure during the wax removal. I would highly recommend their services.

My husband was searching for a local location to have my ear wax removed that was causing me to go deaf. I am so pleased that he came across The Tinnitus Guy who is based very close to where I live.

The service I received was amazing and within 15 minutes I could hear clearly again. Very friendly, professional and set up in a comfortable office. I also received a gift bag full of useful guidance on ear care and other freebies.

Simple booking system and appreciated the honesty when it turned out over one ear needed ear wax removal. Explained in simple terms the issue I was experiencing and provided advice around using the otovent - I changed the balloon and it’s cleared my ear! Thanks again and would recommend.
