I attended an appointment today for my 6 year old daughter to have her ears checked. The level of customer care and the way Yvonne allowed my daughter to practice on the elf first really put Talulah at ease. The appointment was really thorough and allowed my daughter to also see inside her own ears too, using the special camera Elf had in his ears too. My 3 year old loved the entire appointment that he wanted to get involved and Yvonne was more than happy to allow him to test the cheeky Elf's ears too!

Just had new hearing aids from Hear in Hagley They are brilliant and Jo couldn't have taken more trouble to get the right pair for me - I didn't realise how different they could be. Very professional and friendly company.

I attended at Hear in Hagley after having wax removal there a few years ago and wondered if my wax was returning
I had not made an appointment as was looking for advice
Both ladies that I saw both in reception and subsequently in the clinic were very helpful, pleasant and professional and a credit to the company
Luckily they were able to attend to me very quickly and diagnose suspected ear infection, quickly refer me to my GP for treatment and suggested follow up attention
I can not praise them enough and from my experience today recommend Hear in Hagley

I bought my mum here from Walsall to specially see Jo for hearing aids that my mum so desperately needed. My mother was in denial and thought everything was fine. In one appointment she did the hearing test and fitting the best hearing aids which were a lot more cheaper compared to other companies. She was very professional and explained everything to my mum. My mum is so happy with the hearing aids as its not that obvious she is wearing and just because my mum needed a hearing aid in her 60's she did a hearing test on me as baseline to monitor my hearing. The staff are so professional and Yvette did a brilliant job of removing my wax. If I could give more than 5*s I would. If you have a hearing issue or need a test do not hesitate to book with Jo. Excellent service, hygiene spot on and really friendly 🙂

Hear in Hagley, what a lovely team, I saw an audiologist by the name of Yvette, I hadn’t got a clue what to expect and was quite anxious, Yvette took the time to talk me through every procedure with no rush, which in turn helped lessen my anxiety, a very thorough and comprehensive set of tests were done using the latest technology, clear concise explanations were given on my diagnosis. customer care, kindness and professionalism at Hear in Hagley, would recommend 100%
