As a young woman who has battled with deep self-esteem and confidence issues for most of my life, I had tried everything I could think of to try and help myself - person-centred counselling, CBT, self-help books and videos, even anti-depressants, but all to no avail. I couldn't find a way to resolve these issues that were taking over my life and I felt so broken. I used to trawl through the Internet looking for new things I could try in the hope of one day feeling better and one day I came across Diane and her NLP work. I didn't have much faith in anything by this point but what I read on her website left me intrigued so I arranged a call with Diane.

Three sessions later and I feel transformed! I feel like my mind has had a big spring clean and all of my negatives have been dusted away. I can't thank Diane enough for the work she has done with me and for the new perspectives she has given me on life and the issues that have caused me so much unhappiness for so long. I walked out of her office feeling brand new. The techniques Diane uses are truly amazing and I will carry them with me forever and practice them whenever I need a bit of support. It's also great to work with someone who is so passionate about her work and has a genuine desire to help people. My only regret is that I didn't do this sooner!

Amazing, NLP is mind blowing - I would highly recommend the therapy and Diane to anyone who is ready to make a change and move forward in their lives. Be aware that the therapy can be very challenging, there are times were I felt uncomfortable with my feelings and actually wanted to have a tantrum (I think I tried at one point but was soon brought back to reality by Diane!), however, if you are ready to start living your life free of fear, anxiety or whatever it is that is holding you back, this is the treatment for you. Diane is direct and no messing, which some may not like, but for me it was absolutely perfect. Diane is also genuine, passionate and 100% behind you to get you to where you want to be. I completed the full day breakthrough session, it was intense, challenging and at times very emotional. I arrived crippled with anxiety, low confidence and self esteem, which was impacting every aspect of my life, I felt trapped, a little hopeless and debilitated. I walked out of Dianes office feeling amazing, excited about my future and free of all my limiting beliefs. Following the breakthrough session, I have had a 2 hour coaching session which concentrated on goal setting, which again was great. I have been tested many times since the sessions, some on large scale some on a smaller scale and I can honestly, hand on heart say, that my anxiety has truly gone, my confidence and self esteem is through the roof, I am carrying myself differently and will not allow people to cross my boundaries - the responses from others has been really eye opening too. My husband is now booked in for the same break through session as he is loving the results, my kids are buzzing off it too and think mummy is really funny because life just seems so much fun now! If you want change and you're ready for what the world has in store for you - do it!! Thanks Diane - you have truly changed my life!

I met Diane about 4 weeks ago and she has helped me make some positive changes to all aspects of my life. I had a great full day breakthrough session as well as follow ups where together we deleted the negative attachement to emotions and rewired my association with those emotions. There was a part of me that was unsure whether this kind of thing would work for me. But after meeting and talking with Diane - and now just two sessions - in I feel it has had an amazing effect on my life and career. The immediate changes I felt after seeing Diane 3 weeks ago were remarkable and those effects have continued, providing me with peace of mind, clarity of mind and an overall sense of well being and focus that I haven't felt before.

It will be without a doubt the best investment of your life. I have referred i4 people now all with exceptional results.
