Nice professional service, department has an almost private feel rather than NHS. Unfortunately MRI facility was over booked, so not accessible.

I had my appointment last week. The dude said there are plenty of parking available. I parked and on entrance I tried to register my car on their parking system. I tried for more than 5 mins. Then had to go to my appointment. Before leaving I tried some more. The person at the desk told not to worry I will register you. The machine isn’t working. Today I have received a parking fine for £100. This is such a racket. I don’t even know where to write or complain.

This place is a joke. I wish I could give 0 stars.
I was referred by my GP to see a ENT professional. I was on time for my appointment and sat in a waiting room for 2 hours with no luck because the doctor was doing a surgical procedure and only seeing patients during the surgery breaks. And the worst thing was I was not alone. There were upwards of 10 patients with booked appointments waiting for hours on end. Finally I left because I had to go and pick up my child from school. I am all for capitalism, don’t get me wrong but that’s ridiculous.
My opinion on the matter is that this is due to bad management.

I had a colonoscopy at this clinic yesterday on the NHS and can honestly say it was a very positive experience. All the staff were polite and professional and kept me informed through the whole process. I felt very well cared for, before, during and after the procedure. The procedure itself was almost completely pain free (with sedation) and was quick and efficient. I was given coffee and a choice of biscuits afterwards and allowed to stay in my private room until I was ready to go back to reception where I was taken down to my wife who was waiting.

I've been reffered by my GP to this clinic. After waiting for 2 months and 1 hour, the doctor decided to send me back to my GP for allergy test. Worst experience ever, 5 min of questions which he could read the answers in the system, and 1 minute check of my nose, he didn't even bother to send the details to my GP, but gave me 2 papers to take them to my GP. A big fat NO! Not the clinic is the problem, but the doctors! It seems like they have too many patients and tired of listening or do their job properly.

I had a very poor experience with the vascular department today. The doctor I spoke to dismissed the ability and credentials (the “education”) of my GP, A&E doctor, and pharmacist, as he believed they had all misdiagnosed me. By the end, the doctor could offer no explanation nor diagnosis, and just told me to go back to my GP for a reevaluation.
I felt very insulted and upset, considering my condition is affecting the quality of my life. I would not recommend the vascular department.

The staff and doctors are really helpful. I did two endoscopies here and they treated me well, explaining the procedure and making me comfortable at every point of the process. I was also brought some biscuits and coffee after the procedure which was nice as I could use some energy as the sedation weaned off.

I was an NHS referral.

Update: 3 weeks later, I am unable to receive the results of the endoscopy.

I had no problem in getting the test done. Doctor made me feel comfortable .

But My GP doctor informed me that the report prepared by health share clinic had errors. They confused between right and left ovary!!!! What the hell!!!!
They had only one job, that too messed up.
Giving 1 star because if you write the report wrong then diagnosis/medicines/next steps everything will be wrong!!!
