I was referred out of the hospital into the care of Health Harmonie. I have had 2 appointments with Harmonie and I cannot give them enough credit. The appointment is simple, fast and pleasant. Every person I saw throughout the appointment was friendly, accomadating and the whole appointment was a positive experience. Very different to a hospital appointment in many ways.

The service was very good. I was welcomed and directed to the waiting room which was quiet and peaceful. The assistant put me to my ease and I did the reading. Later, the doctor came to the waiting room and called for me. He checked my eyes and handed me medication and adviced I use warm water and a towel to pat my eyes.
I felt at ease. The environment is very clean.

Excellent Service at the Gynaecology clinic by both the clinician and her assistant. Very polite and friendly receptionist. Lovely clean waiting area and seen on time. Plenty of parking spaces.

Completely regret having a mole removed here . Was told I was going to have a mole shave by this company. On my appointment the surgeon was 40 minutes late . I was told he had just nipped out for a phone call to then be told he hasn’t arrived and hasn't even been in the building. When he came in he said sorry and when I got up he rubbed my sides of my body up and down which I didn’t find appropriate at all! He took me into the room and didn’t even wash his hands before doing the surgery. I was told before the app before this one that it was just a mole shave which it wasn’t ! He couldn’t find the knife when it was already on the table. Didn’t numb me properly and I felt a sharp pain so had to numb me again. Cut a large area off so it was basically a biopsy rather than a mole shave! Used two stitches that have come open/undone and hasn't healed a month after surgery! Every time I bend my arm it’s very painful and the wound leaks. Complained to the company who said they would investigate and get back to me within 28 days and have heard nothing ! I am now left with a hole in my arm that is going to be a massive round scar instead of a neat line. I have had three biopsy’s before at the hospital and it’s never been the shambles this appointment was! Felt I had to write a review as the company have not got back to me within 28 days like they said they would and I feel people should know about the awful service. Wish when he was 40 mins late that I’d have just walked out!

Dermatologist wasn't bothered one bit about my skin. Asked me why I was rashing. I felt as thought he wasn't bothered about the issue. He offered no guidance. My appointment was 30 mins late. Not a good service at all.

Very good service, seen promptly and with great privacy, dignity etc... Dr came across as knowledgeable and the assistant sat and typed up what was said, advised and referrals. This is a very good idea as nothing gets missed. Many times I have incorrect information arrived on medical letters due to Dr's etc....rushing and appointment, not listening correctly, inputting information I have not given, not remembering what was said when notes are given to someone to type up. This has led to years of misinformation on my files, it's very hard to get something removed.

Staff were polite, they explained everything to me and appointments were on time. There was confusion with my appointments as I was to have 2 biopsies, on my shoulder and leg. The exact point on my shoulder was not clear. However my first appointment was to do a biopsy on my shoulder, but no one was clear where to take the biopsy. The appointment was cancelled and another one was made for my leg. This was fine. At that time I queried progress with my shoulder and it was recorded. I was told to mention it at the follow-up appointment for my leg. I will wait to see what happens.

Be aware that they do not always have the best clinicians experienced enough to spot issues. On 2 previous visits my macular hole was missed though it WAS on the eye scans according to the optometrist , older man, who saw me this appointment. Now it is almost 2 years ago and my eye sight could have been saved so much earlier with I am told a better outcome if I had been diagnosed sooner.
