I could not recommend Healthflex enough. Martin was such a pleasure to deal with, very knowledgeable and friendly, he helped me getting rid of pain and numbness in my hand by methodically identifying the source of the problem and eventually referring me the right surgeon. I could not recommend Healthflex enough. I had an ACL reconstruction in August 2020 and I was referred to Martin Dyer by my surgeon. I can see why! Martin could not have done more to get me back up and moving right the way through lockdown. It is 7 months and he has already got my doing a bit of jogging. Cycling is a piece of cake. I am so grateful to all he has done for me as I was concerned I would never get back on the road. He has shown me anything is possible. Big thanks. I could not have done it without him.

Lost an insole made here a couple of years ago. The company still has my custom fittings but refused to have more made for me, and instead insisted that I come in for all the testing, videography and fitting again, ie paying for a full course which I don’t need. Not pleased given that I am a repeat customer and the overall course is c£400, so I will go elsewhere
