I had made a mistake with the form, help desk called and walked me through the correct (and obvious) way.

The only problem with my order was with the Royal Mail missing their 1pm guaranteed delivery time by 3 hours.

Perhaps a better courier chaps.

It is very good service, prescriptions are processed quickly and efficiently. Delivery is fast and flexible days offered. The only thing which is annoying is the fact that none of theirs promo codes have never ever worked, even though they send you one in your email or it’s in their website. I would even bother to apply a promo code if you haven’t offered. Frustrating.

I changed my prescription to a new medication to try. I did not set this new prescription to auto renew. I have also changed address and left my account open but with no subscriptions. I was therefore surprised to see another prescription had been despatched which I will not receive but for which payment has been given. A good service other than the website at the time not reflecting the renewal of a fresh prescription.

My only criticism is the price of the product. It would be nice to have a discount after ordering for months as a good will gesture

Absolutely useless.will never use this service again. Now I’m going to have to wait for a refund. If they can sort that out. I’ll keep you posted. Don’t waste your time.

Their service is outstanding! I have been using them since Feb24. The communication, the text service for any questions I have had, their prompt and tracked delivery (I live on an island). Yes, the meds could be cheaper (but they are competitive with the other companies). But their service is truly superb!

Not amused to be honest! Site promised 'Next day delivery' - arrived 36 hours after ordering...not soon enough when you have cystitis!! Quicker to go to the doctors! I will not be using this service again!! 🙁

I made my first order last week. I found the process professional and easy to use. They checked my age and identity and I received clear advice and instructions as well as numerous emails with updates. My medication arrived via next day special delivery - it was well insulated and kept cool. Although I felt a little hesitant using an online pharmacy, I feel confident using them moving forward.
