Initially had good service but recently it has gone downhill. Constant reminders too early. Orders confirmed as successful followed by unsuccessful then the order received. I currently have enough meds for two months apart from one new item which I am trying to order. At one point I tried the helpline but they directed me back to the app which doesn’t allow for any explanation.

Sending threatening emails but haven’t delivered on any of the promised results.
Avoid at all costs.
They want to do an off boarding and accept that nothing has been delivered but still send threatening emails.

It would appear that you have been doubling up on my order every time my surgery submits my order therefore I have more than I need of the tablets in the photo.
So in future please don't do this.

Pharmacist is fab! Called in a few times and been seen straight away with things I would have normally made an appointment to see the GP for (earache for my son). Super quick appointment. Pharmacist is very thorough and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend. Definitely my first port of call before trying to make a GP appointment

I have found the Healthera app really useful. I found out about it through my local pharmacy and signed up. It much easier to use rather than logging in to the GP site to reorder.

Another big plus is you can set a scheduled order for items you regularly receive, and you’ll get an email to remind you to approve the order and once you approve it, it gets sent without you having to pick what you want.

Overall, I find the App easy to use. It means I no longer have to request prescriptions from the Doctor and then take them to the Pharmacy. This way, come rain or shine, I can choose when to collect my medications.
The only ‘niggle’ I have is, even when I have submitted an order, the App. still sends a reminder message that I am running low, even though an order has been submitted.

Started getting texts from this company that I have never heard of and have never given my details to. No matter how many times I unsubscribe or even block them, they dont stop.

Healthera is much better than the old system. However it would be even better if it didn't send reminders to re-order too early. It would also be helpful if the pharmacy could update the system after meds have been collected.
