Some people hear bootcamp and think of someone from the army yelling at you, but this couldn't be further from the truth with HeathBuddy. The sessions push you hard, get the best out of you but are truly fun and addictive!

Mark creates lively and creative classes, always encourages me to do my best and is very knowledgable about technique. It's great to be able to mix between using equipment/weights and also bodyweight only. It has taught me how I can implement some of these exercises at home to become part of my lifestyle without needing to buy anything!

I highly recommend HeathBuddy, and it's become an important part of my week! Thank you for all the sessions and support so far with my health & fitness journey!

Love it - really friendly, varied, well-thought-out sessions. Mark listens to feedback and is also helpful with all-round advice about training, diet etc.
