My insurance provider reached out to ensure the provider listed as accepting new patients was available for a appointment for me. They were not accepting new patients but the NP was. I agreed to see the NP. My insurance contact was told to have me reach out to schedule a appointment. We'll I tried today. After being on hold for over 10 minutes I was told the next available appointment is not until mid January. That is two months out. I definitely need a provider who is more approachable and open than this. So I will be contacting my health insurance provider to remove the NP as PCP and start again. Definitely not the best first impression for a Healthcare provider establishment.

Today my daughter had some bumps apear on her scalp, they were full of pus and blood so I had called here asking if they did walk-ins still. They do not. So I asked if they had any appointments available and she said no they didn't, I was then transferred to a nurse who said she didn't know why I was transferred and I was sent back to the front desk. The third lady that answered bless her heart, had told me they had several times available and gladly scheduled me for a 4pm appointment. I went in at about 3:48pm get called back around 3:55pm and the nurse I spoken to before is the one that saw me. She checked my daughters vitals, height, and weight and then told me the doctor would see me soon. I waited till 4:52pm to get seen. Almost 50 minutes later and no one had come in to check on my daughter, there were no patients, all the nurses and receptionists were sitting, I had already asked where the doctor was and was told they'd go check. Never got seen, so I grabbed my daughter and left. Very disappointed.

Very clean and organized medical office. All the women in the front office are very courteous and professional answering any questions. I especially like the fact that I can get an appointment that fits my schedule. If I ever needed to get in there quick, I always have. I would recommend health services of North Texas Mesa drive North to everyone.

My kids have seen dr schulman their entire lives, 14 and 11 years. Sadly every encounter with this new office has been horrible. Really sad that I wanted to keep my kids seeing him until they agreed out but I'm looking for a new pediatrician.

I went in for a visit to get medication refills for my Lupus. I asked for other test from the nurse who I saw on that visit too.She denied all but 1 of my test saying they didn't do that kind of testing,and sent me out to a different place to pay for that test. Plus she said she couldn't do refills. I have had nurses in the past fill them. They called me in 5 times for 1 prescription request that was denied 4 times. My question is why see me if they couldn't refill my medication? That was the main reason for my visit. I had to come back a few weeks later for the same request,and the doctor approved them but he past so my prescription where cancel.Now I'm getting bills for all of these visits.She didn't provide the refill which was the main reason for the visit.After my bad review they called me in to say they don't have to fill my Prednisone during a flare up. That's true but I also don't have to been seen here. Woman of color I wouldn't go here .

I had an appointment today at 9:30. I got there at 9:05 the nurses or should I say the receptionist at the front desk was very polite. I got in to see my doctor within 10 minutes had my physical.love dr.LIJO ABRAHAM, she’s awesome and patient. The only problem that I have is with the receptionist the routine is after seeing my doctor I go to the receptionist to get my next appointment and if lab work is needed normally it only takes five minutes at most then I’m out of there this time it took 35 minutes if it wasn’t for me going up to the desk, the receptionist desk and Asking why is it taking so long for me to get my lab work done make a long story short the receptionist Lizbeth did not put it through so they said that I will have to wait maybe another 15 minutes when the nurse came out after me asking for a manager that’s when the lab technician comes out all I can say is it used to be where they get you in get you out I don’t know what’s going on now, but I was very disappointed. My blood pressure was already up when I went in there, and it was even up higher. after I left. The receptionist that used to be their Krista was very polite. She was very easy to talk to Had a Pleasant personality. they need to bring her back or bring somebody in there that’s like her. I had other family members and friends go there when Dr. star was there and they said that the receptionist a very rude and uncaring so they went elsewhere. I’m not leaving. I love my doctor and they’re gonna do their job.

I had never seek a Dr. For myself only In my pregnacies (I basically had to for my babies health) never thought I would feel this safe, at peace and being heard
Now time to take care of me because this health of mine is kicking my butt!

I was very pleased with this Health Agency in Denton, Tx on Mesa Dr. They were courteous, diligent and knowledgeable. They offer a sliding scale, which helps me so much since I only have Medicare A. I highly recommend N Tx Health Services as a provider for your medical needs.
