I really loved my experience at HSNT, even though it was my first visit. I wasn’t kept waiting a long period of time before I was seen. I feel like the medical staff wants to help me get back to good health rather than just palliative treatments. I would definitely recommend them in the future.

Service at the front desk is great. Dr. Carrington is wonderful an kind. She's very informative an helpful. This is my second doctor there for 2 kids an both were great! Only thing is calling by phone takes 30 mins. But that's like all doctors offices.

I truly believe finding Dr. Tami Barton saved my life. She's the absolute best doctor I have encountered in years. She made me feel comfortable and was very reassuring of any issues I had. Woah - scheduling ladies need some help- Morales was last name very rude. Called for new pt appt. And she was rude. I said I would be new or and wanted to see if they took my insurance and she said what is it I said Aetna - she said what? What is your ID ! So I told her, but I’m giving you the name I’m sorry that wasn’t what YOU wanted every Dr office is different. She wasn’t able to find my insurance which is ok and I said well thank you either way and she’s like mhmm

These people don't care about people. I waited 2 months to be seen. I showed up a minute after my appointment. There is ALWAYS a wait time for every patient but they acted like the 5 MINUTES it took me to fill it out was reason enough to dismiss me. I've lived all over the states and have NEVER seen an office with such a lack of grace or consideration.
THIS is why women get things like breast cancer or cervical cancer and don't know about it. THIS. Because so many of us are ai gle mothers who can't afford to take off time from work for this BULLSHIT. SHAME on this office and Texas Women's health in general. They really DONT GAF.
