Work referral to these even tho I was doing it through nhs we had to end the assessment halfway into it as I got to upset! She actually laughed at me when I was trying to open up and I just got so upset and angry with her that I was left in tears!
And they wonder why mens mental health is so bad nowadays!

My first time with Health Partners was wonderful, I spoke to a lovely gentleman who was a doctor carrying out my occupational health assessment. He was caring, well spoken and was also patient considering I suffer from PTSD, anxiety and depression. Today I have had a second assessment from them with a different doctor, although she tried to convince me that her abruptness was justied, it really wasn’t. I can safely say I have left my assessment shaken, anxious, disturbed and quite upset.

Writing this review with tears in my eyes because so many healthcare professionals are dismissive of mental health, so many of them just don’t know how to talk to people. Some of us are already feeling the lowest of lows, and so called healthcare professionals help you hate yourself even more. I was interrupted with every answer that I gave, considering we had an hour booked she tried to get me off the phone within less than 30 minutes of being on the call. When I got upset about a triggering event she brought up she said “well I can see you are getting too passionate here”. There’s a reason why I am off sick due to mental health and don’t appreciate being triggered with incorrect facts. She went onto saying that I am doing very well with my mental health, bearing in mind I am self-harming on a daily basis… What a joke!!!

Be very wary if you have to contact them or they contact you, their "medical clinicians" or “medical nurses” or “medical professionals” are sarcastic, condescending, and do not let you speak much or let you answer their questions, they twist what you’re saying and make it to their own version. When you’re still trying to talk, they state the allocated time is over. The calls are not recorded so you may want to record the conversation for proof, as again, their “medical clinicians or medical nurses or medical professional” are sarcastic and really really condescending! A official waste of time and money!

Absolutely horrific company. Appalling customer service and multiple breaches of their own complaints policy when dealing with my complaint. How they can operate within the mental health sector baffles me. Would strongly advise avoiding using their services
