Absolutely brilliant experience. Booked a second session. Still much to work on but I feel better already.
I suffer from serious tension all over my body but mostly in my neck. So much so, I couldn’t look back whilst driving.

After suffering with a recurring issue and intense discomfort in my neck and shoulders, I booked an appointment upon advice from a friend. Julian was very thorough and methodical in his assessment of my injury and the source of my discomfort, at the same time being sympathetic to my circumstances. After the initial session I felt almost instant relief but felt I needed repeat appointments to work out the root of the issue. A couple of months down the line and I am back to normal with some valuable advice and techniques on how to manage and prevent the issue arising in the future. I have had several sessions with Kirsty and she is amazing! I was a little sceptical at first and only really went as I was at my wits end with lower back pain. Kirsty gave me alignment exercises at first then in subsequent sessions applied massage techniques and I have never felt so free in my movement. I described it as feeling as if my neck and spine had been oiled the movement was so smooth where as before it must have been harder and I thought it was normal. Kirsty also removed my tension and muscle knots! I can’t recommend Kirsty enough!

I have visited the health hub many times over the years, and every single visit has been beneficial. To help repair a very old car crash injury, the osteopathy has helped immensely and combined with some deep tissue work - continues to help me live my life. Would highly recommend the heating. Staff very friendly and the booking system is so easy.

I had several appointments with Julian due to hip pain. As well as easing the pain and stiffness he gave me excellent advice about getting an x ray through my GP. I ended up with a successful hip replacement some time later.

Julian is extremely knowledgeable and approached my problem with a holistic attitude before recommending the treatment which was a combination of manipulation and k laser. Highly recommend him.
