I would like to say a special thank you to Meg. Today I attended Health at Heart for a Sauna/Massage/Reiki experience. Meg is very attentive and very understanding. I came for this treatment at the perfect time, and Meg has helped me to clear a lot of what was coming to the surface at the time. I left Health at Heart feeling once again, centred and realigned, which was no small feet. I shall be returning as soon as I am able to do. Thank you to Meg and keep on doing what you're doing.

I cannot recommend Meg more, I have been many times now and each time I feel brand new. Meg is so warm and welcoming so if you feel unsure, believe me; she will make you feel right at home. I love my reiki sessions and always know when I am due some time with Meg! If you need some 'me' time book yourself in ASAP!

I’ve had a couple of reiki sessions with Meg and WOW! Meg creates a beautifully trusting and safe space to journey. I’ve experienced some soul shifts and great healing. I even fell asleep in our most recent session which has never happened before!
