I went along to 'Understand Your Brain Workshop. Change your Life' . I was met by an amazing kind lady Elif in a truly calming environment. I really got so much from this workshop and feel it is helping already. It was explained in such a way that I have remembered so much from it . I will certainly be returning to this wonderful place. Elif is so welcoming and just a wonderful person to be around. She creates a very safe and calm environment for you to speak freely without any judgement and just generally makes you feel at ease. My session with her was amazing for the quantum healing hypnosis and I am considering Elif for other hypnosis treatments. Would recommend her hands down to anyone in need of this type of therapy.

Having been suffering now for a few years with anxiety since the passing of my partner in 2019.
I was in my local pharmacy collecting my monthly anti anxiety medication when noticed an advert from Elif about her well-being/hypnotherapy services.
I duly contacted Elif and had 10 sessions with her the next few months.
Elif was amazing. Caring, empathetic and most of all her knowledge of this field was amazing. I couldn’t wait for the next session .

I hadn’t tried this type of therapy before but I found it to be really helpful. Elif was wonderful, she made me feel so at ease and taught me things about the way the mind works that I’ve found so helpful. I honestly looked forward to our weekly sessions. Elif was kind, compassionate and encouraging. She took the time to get to know me and what I wanted to get out of session which I really appreciated.

She was incredibly knowledgeable and left me with quite a bit of food for thought in terms of how our brain works when it comes to smoking. I was fascinated!

Last but not least the hypnosis worked really well. I was in a hypnotic state almost instantly and haven’t touched a cigarette since our session.
