Helen was recommended by a trusted acupuncturist colleague of my daughter (who is also an acupuncturist, albeit in a different area).

I have been delighted with the treatment I have received, which has combined acupuncture with massage and other therapies. She has successfully treated me for painful tendon and ligament damage following an ankle injury and also helped with improving my immune system, overall energy levels and, on one occasion, helping with dental pain.

I have been very impressed by Helen's breadth of treatment options and the depth of her experience, with includes a number of different therapeutic interventions, which she combines in a very person-centred way.

I saw Helen after a number of gym members recommended her. I have been in pain with my shoulder and neck for the last few weeks. Helen took time to talk me through the various treatments she could offer and I had ultrasound, massage, acupuncture and cupping. Helen was also able to help with my arthritic knee with some acupuncture. I saw Helen three days ago and I can honestly say I have no pain at all in my neck and shoulder now. After having very painful sciatica for 3 months I was recommended Helen at Healing Hands.
I’d already visited an Osteopath and the doctors twice which didn’t really improve my condition so I was at the point where I was desperate to try anything to alleviate the pain and allow me to get back onto the golf course again.
From stepping into Helen’s studio I was immediately felt welcome and very much at ease. Helen explained each treatment and how it worked and was very informative. I had acupuncture for the first time ever, ,massage and ultrasound. After the first session the pain was so much better and this allowed me to play golf without pain for the first time in 3 months. I have just had my second session and already can feel the improvement.
I would definitely recommend Helen at Healing Hands for treatment. Reasonably priced and very thorough.

I’ve been having monthly sports massages with Helen for years to keep my neck and lower back pain away - marvelous! When I went yesterday I was struggling with mid-back pain after a days hardening. After a telling off for not warming up before I started the gardening (!), Helen suggested acupuncture, which I reluctantly agreed to as I’m not keen on needles. Although I said I felt pain equally on both sides, Helen pressed on the side of each hand and was able to establish that my right side was worse. She popped 2 skinny needles in strategic places on the side of my right had (barely felt them go in), then asked me to walk about. My hand ached as Helen predicted, but wasn’t painful. What surprised me more was that the pain went immediately, leaving me with just a feeling of stiffness! Helen removed the needles after maybe 10/15 mins and continued my massage. I’m remained pain free ever since! Helen truly is a witch - but a good one of course❤️ I would recommend Helen as she listens, explains what she’s doing, and will suggest ways for self-help. 5 star service

I've used Helen on occassions for massages (relaxing and sport) and I've always felt so much better afterwards.

Recently I developed Morton Neuroma in my left foot and I found out Helen was also providing Accupuncture so I've had a few sessions with her and the results have been amazing. To date I feel 95% better than I did when I first went to Helen.
Helen also did Accupuncture for my lower back pain which has also improved. And the small seeds put on my ear that last roughly 5 days have been fantastic to curb my hunger pangs and help me sleep.

I would totally recommend Helen with all that she does. Helen is friendly ,curtious and very knowledgeable.

I first consulted Helen quite a number of years ago, on a friend’s recommendation, for a lower back issue which she helped me with. I now visit every month for general maintenance and help with my failing hip and knee. I am currently waiting for a replacement hip and a possible replacement knee. Through a number of years Helen has eased tension in my neck shoulders, back hips and legs and her regular treatment has eased my aches and pains. More recently she has started to treat my swollen knee and hip with acupuncture. I’ve never had acupuncture before but I am really pleased with the increased mobility in my knee and the pain relief I find in my hip joint. I really look forward to my monthly treatment. Helen is kind, very knowledgeable and truly sympathetic to my needs. I would always recommend her wholeheartedly to help with any muscle or joint problems. And she can treat the whole body. Yesterday she treated my catarrh and cough with acupuncture. My head is a lot clearer as a result.
