0/10 is an understatement Absolutely terrible, booked in for a haircut bangs and length and the lady had 0 communication with me.. she rushed my hair and didn’t even ask me what length I would like my bangs to be, didn’t bother styling my hair and told me that due to it being a dry cut they was unable to style my hair or give me the desired cut. Bangs were not blended at all. Hair from the back were bought forward and chopped so short they were unable to blend with the rest of my hair. Asked for a butterfly cut and she told me she can’t do that on long hair however on the same day my friend asked for the same butterfly cut and she was told she can’t do it on short hair. I then asked for a v cut at the bottom and the hairdresser replied back with “I don’t know how to do that & it won’t look nice on you anyway” was then told she can’t straighten my hair due to it being thick and was continuously banging on about how she needed to go home soon. We had 7 appointments and they ruined every single one of our hairs. Went back the next day to ask her to sort them out and she was so abrupt and rude about it. Said she will do them and once again didn’t bother communicating and rushed my hair. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone ever again. The worst service I have ever come across. The staff either don’t know how to cut hair or just simply can’t be bothered. No people skills what so ever. Payed £20 to look like a absolute disaster. Disgusting service.

i wish i could give 0 stars. i went in for a haircut today, and i asked for a trim of my ends and just some layers and front bangs. the bangs were absolutely terrible they were not blended in together what so ever, the lady took out hair from the back to add to my bangs which wasn’t part of it which makes my bangs look so out of place compared to the rest of my hair. she cut off so much length when i just asked for a trim on the ends. i also asked for a V shape to my hair which wasn’t even there. layers were absolutely terrible too. all the lady said was ‘when you style it, it would look different’ the lady herself was very nice but did not do a great job at all i’m currently crying because i have very short hair compared to what i went in with. do not go here if you have long hair or thick my hair feels so thin. my hair just looks like a mess even styled.

I went in for highlights came out with orange roots and grey hair and a bunch of left over products that I had to go back in to get washed. I Literally cried when i saw the outcome of my hair when i came home. i was still civilised and wanted a retreatment so while at the salon I asked for a redo so Val rhe lady who owns the place offered to rebook me in an appointment which we agreed to which fell of the 5 of july after eid and when i rang back to confirm a week later because I wanted to speak to tony the hairdresser who rents the chair who did my hair, Val said i had missed my appointment actually she shouted at me and replied back to me in such a demeaning, rude awfull manner which i was shocked at. Val decided to book in on eid day which i was not aware of Which fell on the 28th. I told her it's a misunderstanding and that no we never agreed that i would come on eid day i made it clear it will be after eid and that when i left the hairdressers i confirmed with her numerous times before i put it in to my phone diary that it was the 5/7 so it was definitely booked for the 5th of july. Val then blamed me for missing the appointment, i had made it very clear to val that it will be after eid and we had clearly agreed when i told her shes lying she put the phone down on me while was mumbling . I was shocked beyond belief at her unprofessional , very defensive and disturbed reaction.her tone of voice is something that i have never incountered in any professional environment and in my life. The person who did my hair was Tony who I could have easily rearranged an appointment with and get my roots sorted. They didn't even offer a refund of £125 on top of that val lying about the date she booked me in for. Val has a poor communication problem with a poor memory that she covers with a lie
Its not even worth 1 star let alone 2 stars. It is the worst place to ever have your hair done please please do not go there. Val is the most rudest person who you will ever accounter she walks around with a chip on her shoulders and. when a mistake is made they will never admitt it. My biggest mistake was to ignore the reviews before I booked my appointment at headoffice and vals name is mentioned in most of the reviews. i wish I took on the customers advice for not to book here and how the poor and unprofessional service they provide. I have never come across the most rudest, unprofessional person ever in my life who take people's hard earned money as a joke and in return talks to them like she is entitled. My advice to anyone is please don't even bother, it's a hit and miss thing with this place, one day you might come out with good hair another day it might be a disaster, don't bother, book yourself in with professionals who really now what they're doing. I could have easily rearranged my appointment with Tony but because val decided to take charge of the situation and made a disaster. i feel personally Val deliberately did this to make tonys work look bad and chase her client away. Im happy with what tony did to my hair previously in the past it was perfect and all i had to do was get it recorrected but val decided to lie about the appointment that she never made unless she genuinly has an memory problem which she needs to be diagnosed for. I am absolutely shocked that a lady of her position is so unprofessionals and is allowed to practice who blantly denys her mistakes and just takes peoples hard earned money. I never got an apology for my orange roots which I was embarrassed to walk out of the salon with . I know a hundred percent there has been a mixup with another client the same way they used the wrong toner on my hair. Vals was despicable in her response and then makes me feel guilty for wanting my roots done , how on earth is that my fault. Please customers dont even bother. This place is not fit to practice. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS. if you want to maintain your sanity, please avoid a service provided by Val and don't ignore the reviews like I did.

I am truly over the moon with my hair! Olivia was one of the best hairdressers I've visited in a long time, she offered great advice and my hair has come out better than I could have imagined - she was also lovely to chat to throughout the appointment. Brooke absolutely smashed it with my hair, to say I’ve boxed dyed numerous times, she did an amazing job lifting it and achieving a color I really wanted

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in for a cut and they were so rude throughout the session talking horribly about other customers that had just left, and were ripping my hair out whilst brushing it. It was a terrible experience and I wish I had never gone in. I am using an anonymous account to write this review.
