Today I had an emergency dentist appointment for the most excruciating tooth pain ever. The receptionist who spoke to me over the phone was so lovely, very sympathetic and kind got me booked in quickly great communication and very reassuring. I didn't catch the dentists name who I saw but she was a lady with red hair I just want to compliment how fast and amazing my experience was with her, I have alot of dentist ptsd from my previous dentist in Brighton and this visit was so easy and my pain was gone within 5 minutes of the appointment I was shocked! very calm and reassuring approach I wish I could register with her for future dental work very pleasant experience and took away my anxiety. 10/10!

Emergency dental appointments here are a huge asset to the area. The dentists are always kind and caring and the receptionist who must deal with a lot of tense customers is always so friendly and kind. I have had nothing but positive experiences in the 2 times I’ve had to visit and only wish I could register with them for regular dentistry!

I had to have emergency dental work done during the first lock down, in 2020, and I was sent here. I have anxiety issues, but I was made to feel so comfortable and relaxed. I cannot fault the dentist or dental nurse, I was even phoned a couple of hours after my procedure to make sure I was OK, my whole experience here was outstanding. I only wish I could have them as my regular dentist!

Phoned the emergency dentist for my partner a month ago and got an appointment for which I had to pay £25.80 over the phone. They then phoned and cancelled the appointment and said I would receive a refund. I'm still waiting 😡

My daughter has just had an emergency appointment in this dentists. Saw male dentist, after being awake since 2am, in agony with tooth ache, he has sent her out, having done an xray , seen nothing he can deal with and NO PAIN RELIEF!!!!Advised her to see her own dentist tomorrow. What an awful service!!She is in tears with the pain and distress.

I can’t rate the actual service because my son cannot get a referral. They have 3-4 month waiting list. And the NHS nor private dentist will not refer. The person answering the phone had an unfriendly manner which I hope does not reflect the care provided by the dentists.

Lady at front desk was very rude.. told me and my disabled son to come to app at 10.10am in fact wasn't till 11.15... I wasn't the only person that day when she rang me back with the app I even said the time back to her.. completely out of order. Me and my 5 year old son had to wait in my car again witch he found very upsetting hitting himself ect ..thses people don't understand. When I got bk to app I ask if I could change my son nappie as we been waiting and obviously drank more .. o no we got go straight in
For my son to have to sit there and wait for dentist to look after the app was OK use the loo.. sorry didn't have a good experience at all all round they where all rude not even apologise or anything... I will be going to someone higher belive me.this was horrible and vile behaviour from professional people..
