Dr. Francis is an outstanding doctors here in Hayes Medical Centre. She is our doctor and she looked after my kids very well. She is the best among the rest 😄 ( tried other doctors here) She will listen carefully , take note every detail you will say (not rushing you at all) and explain it to you thoroughly. She will give you the right care with RIGHT DIAGNOSIS. I highly recommend Dr. Francis. You are exceptional. Thank you for your excellent service.

Best GP surgery ever
I always get an appointment when I need. My GP Dr Francis is one of the best.She always has time to talk to me and explain in detail about tests and my health conditions . I am never afraid to ask her questions as she makes me feel so relaxed and in good hands .
The receptionists are always helpful and go out of their way . Surgery has many services on site which is a big positive for me
I am so happy with the call back service which is very efficient and I can guarantee a call back within 20 to 30 minutes.

I recently took my 9-year-old to see Dr. Ali, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Dr. was incredibly kind and patient, making sure my child felt comfortable throughout the entire visit.

She took the time to explain everything in simple terms, addressing all our concerns and answering my questions thoroughly.

Dr Mir is an amazing GP who has made a huge difference to my partners health. He always takes a genuine interest and listens. I have found him to be very professional, caring and a competent doctor. I always visit with my husband and will be looking to transfer to this practice myself too.

Hayes medical centre is best because they have best doctor like Dr. Sinthujah Francis. She is just amazing. She is very polite and listen your problems carefully. I had many health issues and tried with different doctors but all they just sent me home without finding out cause but Dr. Francis will check you properly. Dr. Francis will give you treatment before you get any serious illness. I have no words to say thank you to her for best service in Hayes. We are Lucky to have her in our GP. Very nice layout, nice to have more doctors on board.just need to work on the telephone service and people are waiting in the queue and when it’s there turn we get told sorry no appointments available

The worst practice by a far stretch. After a repeat prescription for a long time, been begging and pleading via phone and then being told to email. Have emailed several times and you get a 1 line rude response (if you're lucky) or no response at all. Now living in severe pain because of the lack of care from this practice. This really is the most inconsiderate practice. Will be changing practices and strongly advise others to avoid this place like the plague.

There are other negatives as well:
Receptionists and admin staff are rude and unwelcoming. They wish nothing more than getting rid of you as quick as possible

Practice looks run down and in need of much needed tlc.

Booking an appointment in advance is a headache- they tell you to book online only and the system they use online is terrible. If you manage to sign up to the portal (which isn't very straightforward) hardly any time slots will be available and also there are so many technical issues you can't even book. Despite this they refuse to assist you over the phone

Overall A TERRIBLE PLACE, surprised they are still running however it does seem to be full of newly migrated immigrants who probably know no better. You will seldom see a British national patient in this place as I can't see anyone with any standard staying here. Terrible

I absolutely love the changes made to the surgery. I have seen a few of the young doctors at the clinic and they are amazing! Thank you Dr Sanjeenth THAVABALASINGAM for your assistance and your sense of urgency. I wish all doctors were like you!!
