Waited for over 3 hours at the walk in. There was only 1 person before us and no more that 6 other people in the waiting room who are actual patients. There were at least 3 doctors and 2 nurses working that we saw. Lots of walk in's were turned away. The lady before us was eventually called in after waiting 3 and a half hours 15 mins later she left the doctors surgery we were the next people due to be seen by this doctor we then waited a further 20 mins till we were finally called. The doctor was quite thorough. We just didn't understand the 3 hour wait as we only actually saw 2 other patients go to her room.

All just wanted to share my experience, had been feeling unwell for a week are so tried my own GP but full so decided to go to this walk in as not feeling great. My experience of going to walk in centres are not great with poor service and long waiting times. Have to this place was amazing waiting time less than an hour and a pleasant experience with a friendly doctor who seemed to care and listen. Dr Gina Samuel was amazing and very knowledgeable and seem happy on her game. Gave me the tablets I needed after a good check up. Thank you for the great service.

I called ahead as recommended on the website. I was told by the receptionist they were at full capacity and would not be able to be seen so do not come. I went anyway in desperation to be seen and found an EMPTY waiting room. One person waiting and myself. Clearly the staff just wanted a quiet evening and to finish early. Lazy NHS staff draining the system.

I visited this drop in centre today on a "drop in basis" because my surgery was too busy to see me. Here I saw Jacky who was very experienced, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I felt far more relaxed with Jacky than I did with my regular doctor who I have been seeing for over 30 years. I was so please with Jacky that in future I will be going to this centre for my medical needs with Jacky. Thanks Jacky you are a gem. X

Wonderful service by this medical centre, gave us a waiting time about to an hour but we been called in just 10mintz, great service by Doc. As well. Thank you for the staff for the lovely service. May god bless you guy’s.

Don’t be put off by the outside of the building. Staff are really nice and friendly. I attended with my son as a walk-in on Sunday afternoon. We were seen within 10 minutes of arriving. Great service!

Came down for my neck/shoulder injury and was treated awfully. The nurse was unbelievably rude to me, and I have adhd so I get overwhelmed, and when I was crying she did not even care or say anything. She insisted that basically it was a waste of time and if I was in "that much pain" I need to get an xray which is where we are going now. Awful, especially since I'm not from the area.
