My experience here has been positive. Needed travel vaccines for the family, as we were near by decided to pop in to arrange a time. Lots of appointment times available, arranged for 4:30 on a Wednesday. On the day we arrived quite early so asked if we could be seen to earlier, they were accommodating and saw us. Simran the pharmacist did our vaccinations, she is so lovely and has a very calming manner. She was very patient when my son was getting fussy and didn't make me feel like I had to rush out, so thank you I appreciate this small but kind gesture. Will happily use the services here again. The bearded gentleman at the counter was very helpful too.

This is the brightest, most cleanest pharmacy I have ever been to in my life. It's very pleasant to walk into. The staff are very helpful and I never have any problems collecting my drugs from them. The girl who serves on the front counter is a credit to the company. She's very well mannered and has a pleasant smile. Great pharmacy. It's not easy to park there though.

I booked late last night and managed to get a slot for my travel vaccinations today. I called to run through some queries. I spoke with Simran and explained that I have a fear of needles. She was kind and patient and explained one needle could be replaced by capsules so immediately addressed one third of my pain! At my appointment, Simran explained very carefully the benefits and options around the vaccinations. I had braced myself for this experience but Simran's empathetic approach made it all the easier. I hope not to need such services often, but Hawne's will be my first port of call if I do.

Very rude staff and poor customer service. Had no knowledge of the controlled medication I was on, and one pharmacist almost advised me to take the medication incorrectly (which would have resulted in me having server withdrawals). They also refused to let me take my medication in the private room, since I have to take it in the pharmacy and was not comfortable to do it in front of everyone.
They then accused me of wasting their time because the medication wasn’t dissolving “quick enough” and very rudely told me to “hurry up”.
They said I was obviously doing this on purpose and continued to be rude as I told them I had no control on how fast the medication dissolves on my tongue.

In conclusion, throughout the entire time I was there, they made me feel very disrespected and uncomfortable. Please try to avoid!

I've been going to this pharmacy everyday for over a month and I've had no problems until a pharmacist decided to judge me based on the medication I was on. Reporting me for shop lifting because they knew they treated me badly is very childish. It blows my mind that a pharmacist, (who works with all types of people on different types of medication) is allowed to treat their customers like this. I would love to see the cameras where I was supposedly
"shop lifting". It actually disgusts me how you can easily make up a lie just to get your way.
I really hope no one in my position goes through this, as this kind of accusation can completely risk their life (which obviously, you already knew).

Excellent Pharmacy! Recently moved prescription service from Lloyds in Halesowen to Hawne Pharmacy - best thing I have done! Staff are efficient, polite and are very prompt in supplying medication. No problem at all in recommending!
