I’ve lived in Haverhill for 4 years but kept myself registered to my previous practice until the last few months. At my previous practice I was unable to get an appointment for nearly 4 months about some of my health concerns and so I finally registered to one in Haverhill.
Everyone I’ve spoken to and seen have been lovely and very experienced/knowledgeable, I’ve felt listened to and I’ve been surprised at how quickly I’ve been seen and things have progressed. I never told them about my previous practice so it’s clear that this is how they naturally operate. I really wish I’d joined this practice a lot sooner.

I have only just registered and saw the Nurse. From waiting in the waiting area - I oberserved the staff collecting their patients and they were smiling, just felt they had compassion for their patients. My appointment was with Clare the Nurse, she spent time listening to my problems, explaining things, As an HCA myself I saw the 6 Cs in Practice. A truly wonderful experience and one that finally made me feel I was not alone. Thank you.

Doctors surgeries get a lot of bad press, and generally it is because they are so busy, all the time. Haverhill Family Practice are really really good, the reception team are friendly, helpful and always do thier best for you. The medical team are also amazing, my family have always felt looked after whatever the ailment may be. Thank you

Finally a doctor practice who are friendly, engaging, caring and will do their upmost best to get you an appointment when its urgent and needed. I have always had a great experience, the staff are friendly and helpful. FIVE stars from me and my young family! Keep up the good work =)

Fantastic surgery. I have always been able to get an appointment when needed and staff go out of their way to help. The practice nurses are amazing and thorough. There is much negative press regarding surgeries and staff at the moment but I want to give positive praise as these lovely people deserve thanks.

Best surgery I’ve been to..! Been living here now for 21 months and have never felt like I’ve ever been listened to more,5 star service from reception to the doctors to the pharmacy..
