My Mom Sylvia Methven went into Havencroft from hospital in June, this was such a difficult time with covid looking over our shoulder, but I must say Ravi and his team were fantastic, they were so helpful and informative and kept me informed at all times, so although it was difficult not being able to visit her in the home they did everything they could to keep us connected and I always felt she was really being looked after with kindness and understanding, this put my mind at rest and I felt very comfortable with her being there.
Unfortunately my Mom took a turn for the worst and past away on the 14th of October, I have nothing but praise for all the staff and would like to give them a big thank you form all my family and personally as they couldn’t have done anymore for me and my Mom at this very emotional and difficult time.
Thank you all please keep up the fantastic work you are doing specially at this very difficult time.

My mom has been living in havencroft for almost 17months. All the management & staff working there are wonderful. She loves living there the food is wonderful. 1st class nurseing home. A big thank you to all for how you look after her for us. Colin & Annette
