Worst practice in Hartlepool. Tried to kill me 2 years ago by refusing me medical treatment until I collapsed with sepsis pneumonia and empyema. The "lost" (deleted) all of their phone records so they couldn't be found accountable.. proceeded to gaslight me for the next 2 years as admitting that the issues I currently have were connected to the infection would mean they were liable. 100% not to be trusted with your health... or honesty.

I have found Havelock Grange to be very professional and unwavering with they're support over the years, especially with my complex medical history. I will say that Dr Roberts whom is the senior partner is an amazing Doctor and I have been very lucky to have had her involved in my care.

The receptionists go out they're way to help or resolve any difficulties you may be experiencing. They are very polite and will take the time to listen though I'm very sure they are extremely busy.

I can honestly say I'm very lucky to access the services at Havelock Grange.

I have been with this practice all my life I have always tried be patient with practice but it has been absolute nightmare recently since I went for surgery in July they don’t listen or understand and when try get appointment told ring 8.30 if can actually get through by time you do appointments are gone. Then I get letter about making complaint that I appealed no communication back they now sent letter change GP practice when I have done nothing wrong they not been bothered about patient care at all no just cause for it but I was going to do that anyway if things didn’t improve with the practice and doctors

Condescending receptionists, Drs who do not listen and have a negative effect on health.
No support or care for the housebound.

Honestly I wouldn't take a wild animal here.

Cold turkey off gabapentin, not dangerous AT ALL.
Pharmacist that does what they want and refuses medication against Dr's advice.

Who knows maybe this will be the cold turkey that finally ends my pain.

This afternoon I spoke to Claire on reception regarding my prescription who was extremely helpful and sorted my problem quickly with professionalism. She was friendly and genuine, and cared about my call, even going as far as asking how I’m doing on the new medication. Unfortunately the previous receptionist was not this helpful and would not send my prescription to pharmacy despite explaining that I only have 2 days left. Please be more like Claire.

Terrible. 40 minutes on hold everyday.. no appts... Absolutely terrible. Need to hire more receptionists and more doctors. worst in the town. I used to work for Bankhouse Surgery across from them... and they were no were near as bad. We never had people on hold for an hour. Also like others said.. "You are number one in the queue" but then im still on hold for 30 minutes. They clearly all go for breaks at the same time. At Bankhouse Surgery there was never a time when no one was on the phones. There should always be someone on the phones. You should be number one in the queue for 30 minutes when 2-3 people are supposedly on the phones...

10 weeks I have been waiting for an appointment. And still can't get one. I don't think they actually have a GP here now, I've never seen one. They do everything possible to prevent you from coming to the surgery.
