Fabulous care agency in every respect.
The carers are a small personal group that are pre introduced to Mum and have become friends. Mums personal care, exercises, food and hydration are all completed with dignity and positive encouragement.
From a family perspective, they give us confidence that Mum is well looked after and are very caring and flexible making it very easy to cancel visits when personal family time is possible.
I would highly recommend Havant Home Care for any private customer !!!

We called on Havant Homecare to provide emergency care for my Father, following a fall my Mother had, that resulted in her having to go to Hospital. They responded promptly and in a caring and professional manner throughout. When my Mother was able to come home, they worked with us all to adjust the care up until the point where my Mother was able to care for my Father again. I would highly recommend them, and will happily work with them again in the future.

This is a local care provider that stands out from the rest. The care and support from the staff is outstanding, not just to the loved one being cared for but in our case to the family as well. The care shown to our Mum was genuine and very often went above and beyond what was expected. Although we lost our Mum recently I cannot thank Havant Homecare enough for their dedication and the good care they provided.

After having had, over a number of years, experienced not very successful care through Social Services I stopped having any.
Though some of the carers were fine the time keeping left a lot to be desired and that didn't help.
One day last year a leaflet for Havanthomecare popped through my door.
I decided to get in touch and that was one of the best things I have ever done.
The care I receive now is second to none.
I know exactly who my carer is going to be from week to week and I also know that they will be on time.
When you are disabled this is the main assurance that you need and Havanthomecare do just that.
The carers are so cheerful and efficient even though I can be difficult sometimes.
I would, and do, have no have on hesitation in recommending Havanthomecare to anyone in need of their services.

Having watched my daughter struggle through her care career for a number of years in homes and in domiciliary care, its been like a breath of fresh air seeing her work with Havant Homecare, she is always talking about how well she is supported as a carer and has now been supported to do her QCF level 3 in health and social care, the communication between herself and the other members of the team is amazing, Emma tells me the girls are like her family and they all work so well together.... finally I can watch her flourish in a career she loves for a company that loves her back.
